Yes. All ORNAMORE earrings feature S925 sterling silver posts — hypoallergenic and nickel-free, perfect for everyday wear.

3. Do you offer a warranty?

Yes — every piece is covered by a 2-year warranty for craftsmanship and plating wear under normal use. For accidental damage, please contact us — we’ll do our best to assist.

4. How long does personalized jewelry take?

Engraved items take about 15 working days. Beaded designs are ready in 7–10 working days. Each piece is handcrafted, so thank you for your patience.

5. Can I return a personalized piece?

Since personalized jewelry is custom-made, we can’t accept returns unless there’s a fault. But if you’re ever unhappy, reach out — we’re always here to help.

6. What materials do you use?

We use sterling silver, thick 18k gold-plated brass, freshwater pearls, natural crystals, and hypoallergenic silver posts. Every piece is made in small batches with care.

7. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship globally from London. Tracking is provided, and delivery times vary by destination.
